Didn't know where also to put this but I had a DCPS question and curious if you have any insight.
My kid goes to Ward 3 public school. Teacher and HSA ask for contributions to the school/classroom. I'm happy to contribute*, but I'd also like to give an equal or greater amount to a school/classroom elsewhere in DC that doesn't have same resources as a Ward 3 public school.
Any thoughts on how or where such a donation could be made?
*Well, I wish public education was as lavishly funded as our nation's defense budget, and there was no need for individuals to donate to supplement classroom budgets, but that's another story!
